Call for Poster presentation
The poster session, scheduled for Sunday, February 5th (12:30~19:00) and 6th (8:30~13:00), 2012, is an opportunity for researchers/patients/professionals to report their research about Rare Disease/Orphan Drugs/related region and converse with conference attendees about their findings.
We especially encourage young researchers/patients to submit poster proposals.
Abstracts, should be submitted electronically. Please include the following information:
1. Title of presentation
2. Name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s)
3. Mailing address, telephone and e-mail address of the first author
4. Poster abstract.

Deadline for submitting abstracts is: December 15th, 2011. (Deadline extended to December 31st, 2011)
Acceptance Notification is: December 22th, 2011. (Acceptance Notification is January 10th for 2nd deadline (December 31st))
NOTE:
*By submitting a poster, at least one author must agree to attend the conference and to participate as the poster presenter. No individual can be first author on more than one abstract.
*We give you a space to exhibit your poster (max. B1-size). Please prepare the poster.
*The venue for the poster session is An building, Komaba Research Campus, The University of Tokyo. We will announce the room on the day.
*Please take down the poster from the venue until 14pm, February 6th (Mon). We will leave and dispose a poster after 14pm.
